Inversion Workshop – Sunday 7 Feb 2016 2pm-4pm @ Naturally Twisted, Bradford Studio

Feel the exhilaration of kicking up to handstand (with the support of the wall and a teacher).  Building a strong foundation in the upper back, core and legs.  Playing with the edges of strength, technique and fear to discover what inversion will work best for you.

A 2hr workshop including a Forrest Yoga practice and inversions. Getting a different perspective by going upside down to view the world.

PS.  Did you know that down dog is an inversion too?
